Data protection
Every time a user accesses a page of our website, and every time a file is downloaded, that information is stored in a log file.
The saved information is: name of the downloaded file, date and time of the download, quantity of data transmitted, whether or not the download was successful, IP address of the computer via which the enquiry reaches us. The data stored is evaluated for statistical purposes only and then deleted. The data serves purely to help us improve our website and there is no tracing of the data back to individual users. No information is passed on to third parties.
This website does not use cookies, except for the shopping basket function in our Publications section. Nor are any other techniques used to track user access patterns.
Any personal information you may be asked for when using our services is provided on a purely voluntary basis. Your personal details will be stored and processed in accordance with German data protection legislation.
The personal information collected through these web pages is used for the purpose of handling your order and processing your enquiry. A service provider dispatches brochures and other ordered media on our behalf. The personal information we record when you place your order is passed to the service provider for this purpose. Beyond that, your information is not passed to any other third party. Your details will not be processed or used for advisory services, advertising or market research purposes.
